HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
Currently, we only accept MasterCard and VISA Debit & Credit cards. We also accept Instant EFT payments. All purchases are made via the PayFast payment gateway on checkout.
WHEN AND WHERE?
Bravado Gaming products are delivered within South Africa from Monday to Friday during office hours and can be delivered to either a residential or employment address.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
Bravado Gaming will have your products delivered within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. Products are dispatched 1-2 working days after payment and confirmation. This means it may take your parcel up to 7 working days after purchase before it reaches you.
We do not guarantee that the products will be delivered within the above mentioned time-frames and will not be liable for any loss and/or liabilities and/or costs and/or damages and/ or expenses arising as a result of the late delivery.
I WASN'T AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, NOW WHAT?
Should you be unavailable to accept the delivery, the courier company will call you to arrange another possible time for delivery. Should the courier not be able to deliver for a second time due to your unavailability, the goods will be returned to us and you will liable for an additional R100 fee (incl. VAT) for each product that was to be delivered.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
You can contact The Bravado Gaming Store on e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively you can call us during working hours at +27 (0)11 455-0917. When calling us, please make sure that you ask to be put through to The Bravado Gaming Store.
Once you have added your product to your cart, checked out and payment has been made then:
1. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
2. You will receive an invoice via e-mail.
3. We will start the picking process, getting ready to deliver your parcel.
4. Once delivery is on the way, we will notify you via e-mail.
Please note, when you receive your delivery notification via e-mail, you may not be able to track your parcel if we are using our in-house delivery service, but do know that your parcel is on the way. Alternatively, please contact us to find out more information about your parcels status. Please ensure that you check your 'junk folder' if you haven't received any e-mails or notifications.
