STEP 1: ORDERING
Ordering your product through the Bravado Gaming Store is easy and simple. Once you have found your desired product, all you need to do is add it to your cart. Once your product has been added to your cart it will appear in the top right corner of your screen where you can check-out or continue shopping.
STEP 2: CHECK OUT
When you're ready, head over to your cart (located on the top right of your screen) and you'll be directed to a page that will give you a summary of the product(s) you've added. Please make sure that quantities and sizes are correct.
Checkout: When you're ready click on the Check-Out button shown on your screen, after you've confirmed that your quantities and sizes are correct.
Customer Information: This next page is super vital as we need the correct details to ensure that your product is delivered to you. Please make sure that all information is accurate and double checked before proceeding to the next step. If you've checked everything and you're happy, click on Continue To Shipping Method.
Shipping Method: We deliver across South Africa for a flat fee of R50, so no matter where you are or how far you live, we'll make sure your product gets to you safe and sound. Click on Payment Method to proceed.
Payment Method: We use the PayFast integrated and secure gateway and when you click on Complete Order you'll be taken through to the gateway for payment where you can use your VISA or MASTERCARD to make your purchase.
How To Arrange A Return
To return your product you must first email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the reason for the return. Please ensure when sending the email that you use the subject 'Product Return'. Our Returns department will write back to you within two (2) working days with instructions on how to correctly identify your parcel and where to return it to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returns are in the hands of your postal service and we have no way of guaranteeing that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive your item back we can't arrange an exchange or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
